Chapter 1: Service Overview

MiniVPS provides cloud Mac rentals. During your rental period, one physical Mac mini is assigned exclusively to you; it is not a virtual machine, and the same machine is not shared with other users on a time-sliced basis. The current plan is Desk M4, with an M4 chip, 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD. Additional storage and Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining options are listed separately on your order.

We offer six locations: Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, the US East Coast and the US West Coast. Listed prices are the same at every location. Check the console for current availability. Location information can help you choose a connection route, but does not guarantee a particular speed on your local network, cross-border connection or access to third-party services.

The service you receive is determined by the order you confirm, including the model, location, billing period and selected add-ons. You are responsible for configuring development tools, migrating projects, managing build scripts and installing your own software. If you need help, contact us through a console support ticket or at support@macminivps.com . Please read these terms and thePrivacy Policybefore ordering. If anything is unclear, ask us before paying.

Chapter 2: Accounts & Setup

Create your account with an email address that can receive messages, and ensure your order and contact details are accurate. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this service agreement. If ordering on behalf of a team or organization, you must have the appropriate authorization. Keep your login verification codes, password, SSH keys and other access credentials secure. Never post them in public repositories or logs.

Payment submission, payment confirmation and server provisioning are separate steps. The actual order status shown in the console determines whether payment has succeeded, a machine has been assigned and it is ready to connect. Returning to a payment page, submitting a transaction hash or receiving a payment provider's charge notification does not by itself mean your machine is ready. Once provisioned, check the location, connection details and rental period in the console.

If you discover unauthorized account access, an order discrepancy or leaked access credentials, submit a support ticket promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We may need to verify account ownership as part of our investigation. Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes or private keys by email or support ticket. If we suspect unauthorized activity, we may restrict the affected actions and contact you to verify the situation and limit further risk.

Chapter 3: Billing Periods

Desk M4 is available with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly billing. Current listed prices are $21.7/day, $58.6/week, $108.6/month and $295.4/quarter. See thePlans & Pricingpage for public pricing. Your order summary, confirmed before submission, determines what you are buying and the amount due. Each billing period has its own listed price; prices are not calculated by simply adding up the daily rate.

Add-ons are billed separately and are not included in the base plan. An additional 1 TB SSD costs $2.3/day, $6.2/week, $11.4/month or $31/quarter; an additional 2 TB SSD costs $4.6/day, $12.4/week, $22.8/month or $62/quarter. Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining is charged per machine at $1.3/day, $3.5/week, $6.4/month or $17.4/quarter. Check each add-on, its quantity and billing period before ordering.

The start and end of your rental period are determined by the order record in the console, not by your first login. A delayed connection, idle task or shutdown does not automatically pause billing or extend your rental period. Before changing your billing period, adding storage or adjusting a multi-machine setup, check the options and prices shown in the console. Changes take effect only once confirmed.

Chapter 4: Payment & Billing

We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex card payments processed by Stripe. All payments are charged in US dollars (USD). Available payment gateways are determined by the response from our backend. Start the payment process from your order, then verify the order number, amount due and recipient details shown on the current page. Do not reuse payment details from another order.

For USDT-TRC20 payments, verify the network, recipient address and amount due, then transfer funds as instructed on the payment page. Payment status depends on on-chain processing and order verification; these terms do not promise a fixed settlement time or number of confirmations. If the status has not updated, keep your transaction hash and submit it through a support ticket for review. Do not pay again just to refresh the status.

Card payments are processed by Stripe according to its payment flow. Your card issuer may require additional verification or charge fees under its own terms; those fees are not part of MiniVPS service pricing. If you notice a duplicate charge, incorrect amount or unusual payment status, provide your order number and a payment receipt with sensitive details redacted. We will review the records and follow up.

Chapter 5: Renewals, Expiry & Data Erasure

Use the expiry time shown in the console to plan your renewal, allowing time for payment confirmation. Do not assume that submitting a payment request means your renewal has succeeded. A renewal is complete only once the order record confirms the rental period has been extended. Check the order page for renewal options, applicable charges and the updated start and end times.

If an instance expires without renewal, access may be stopped and the resources may enter the reclamation and data-erasure process. This includes both the primary disk and any additional SSDs. Expiry does not automatically grant extra usage time or a data retention period. The applicable status and timing are determined by your order, console notices and any relevant notifications we send. If the timing is unclear, submit a support ticket before expiry.

During your rental period, export your projects, signing materials, build artifacts, model weights and any other files you need to keep, and verify that your backups can be restored. Deleting files, disconnecting from a remote session or shutting down the machine does not cancel your subscription. To request cancellation, submit a clear request through a console support ticket. Data cannot be routinely restored after erasure, so do not rely on an expired machine as a backup location.

Chapter 6: Refunds

If you have been charged twice, your order was not provisioned correctly, the delivered configuration does not match your order, or you otherwise need a refund review, submit a support ticket from the relevant account. Include your order number, payment method, reason for the request and any relevant records. You can also start the conversation by email, but account and payment requests may require further verification of order ownership.

Refund eligibility, the amount refundable and the handling process are assessed based on order fulfilment, actual use, the confirmed purchase terms and applicable law. Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved. Simply not logging in or running tasks does not automatically qualify you for a full refund. We will explain our findings and calculation; charges you have not approved will not be treated as automatically payable.

Approved refunds are processed through an available payment route, with both parties confirming the refund amount and recipient details. Card refund times depend on the payment provider and card issuer. USDT-TRC20 refunds require verification of the network and address. Do not submit the same request repeatedly or make another payment to resolve a dispute. These terms do not limit any mandatory refund rights or other remedies available to you under applicable law.

Chapter 7: Acceptable Use

You may use the machine for lawful iOS/macOS development, builds, testing, continuous integration and Apple Silicon inference experiments. You must not use it for mining, bulk unsolicited email, cyberattacks, unauthorized scanning or access, distributing malware, stealing credentials, or storing or distributing content that infringes others' rights. Do not bypass account restrictions, payment verification or security controls.

You are responsible for the services you deploy, exposed ports, uploaded content and automated tasks. Security testing requires explicit authorization from the owner of the target. You must have a lawful basis to handle another party's code, data or personal information. Do not use the machine or account to conceal unlawful activity, or transfer account access to an unknown third party without authorization.

If there is specific evidence that your use is creating a security risk or harming someone's rights, we may take measures proportionate to the risk, including restricting the relevant access. Where feasible, we will notify you and explain what information is needed for our review. You can submit authorization documents or request a review through a support ticket. Complaints, investigations and response records are handled only as necessary; an investigation does not expand routine operational access.

Chapter 8: Software Licensing

Renting physical equipment does not transfer intellectual property rights in macOS, Xcode or other Apple software. You must follow the applicable license terms when using that software. You can use the macOS graphical interface and command line for development, but software compatibility depends on the machine and system configuration.

You are responsible for verifying that you have the required licenses and usage rights for any development tools, commercial software, plugins, models or media you install. The ability to download or install software does not mean its license permits your intended use. Renting a machine also does not include licenses for paid third-party software. Do not upload certificates, installers or commercial assets that you are not authorized to use.

If your project depends on a specific macOS or Xcode version, check compatibility before ordering and save a restorable project configuration before changing your system or toolchain. If a version change causes dependency, signing or build differences, review the logs first. For operational assistance, use a support ticket to specify the target version and the changes you authorize.

Chapter 9: Availability & Notices

All locations are provided for normal operation 365 days a year. Exclusive physical access describes how the equipment is assigned; it does not guarantee a particular connection speed on every network or a fixed execution time for every task. You can access the machine via SSH or the macOS graphical interface. For connection instructions, see theGetting Started Guide.

If you cannot connect or a task behaves unexpectedly, note the time, location, error message and any relevant logs, then report the issue through a console support ticket. We will investigate using location status and order records. If a hardware, data center network or other service issue occurs, we will share relevant information with affected users by account email or support ticket. These terms do not promise a fixed recovery time or compensation rate unless separately agreed.

Issues caused by events beyond reasonable control, changes you make to your network or system configuration, compromised credentials, third-party software or external network failures must be assessed according to their actual cause. Both parties should make reasonable efforts to minimize losses. If troubleshooting requires system access, the scope must first be clearly authorized. For service issues that can be verified using logs and order records, you may request an explanation of the outcome.

Chapter 10: Liability & Risk

We will deliver the service in accordance with your confirmed order and are responsible as required by law for our failure to meet our obligations. You are responsible for managing your account, system settings, deployments and backups appropriately. Any harm should be assessed based on its actual cause, each party's contribution, the evidence and applicable law, rather than simply because the issue occurred on a cloud machine.

Before moving automated releases, important builds or long-running tasks to a machine, verify dependencies, permissions, disk space and recovery procedures. Keep a separate backup of any code, certificates or deliverables that exist in only one copy. You may request an investigation of service issues, but business revenue not covered by your order, delivery outcomes for third-party projects and reviews by external platforms are not part of the service.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or reduce any mandatory rights you have. If a provision is found invalid, it will be handled to the extent permitted by law, while the remaining provisions that can operate independently will remain in effect. Disputes about losses or proposed resolutions will be handled under the process in the next chapter.

Chapter 11: Changes & Disputes

We may update these terms in response to changes in the service, payment process or legal requirements. If a change affects the main rights or obligations under an existing order, we will explain the change and how it applies through an appropriate channel; changing the page text alone will not replace any notice that is required. Changes to listed pricing do not automatically alter the price or service scope of an order already confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. If a dispute arises, first contact us through a console support ticket or at support@macminivps.com with your order number, the issue in dispute and your preferred resolution. Both parties will first try to resolve the matter through discussion. If that is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction. Any mandatory requirements under applicable law will still apply.

Before ordering, review theplans and pricingagain and keep a record of the order you confirmed. To check your account, renew or ask about these terms, open the console. For other pre-sales questions, see ourcontact details. If you still have questions before paying, get in touch first—there's no need to rush your order.
